US President Joe Biden said that he does not yet know if he will visit Poland this month, but he does not intend to go to Ukraine. NBC reported that Mr. Biden will visit Poland in February in connection with the anniversary of the entry of Russian troops into Ukraine.
The US President told reporters that he “has not yet made a decision when he will go to Poland and whether he will go at all.” To the sinking question of whether he could go to Ukraine, Joe Biden replied: “There is a possibility that I will go to Poland, but that’s it” (quoted by AFP).
At the end of January, the American president confirmed that he intended to visit Poland, but did not name the dates. According to Polish media, Mr. Biden may meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Polish President Andrzej Duda during the trip.
