Tracy is currently the head of the US diplomatic mission in Armenia. It is reported that the diplomat earned a degree in Soviet Union studies and lived in Moscow from 1987 to 1990.
Tracey worked in Pakistan and Kazakhstan and was an assistant for Georgia in 2001-2002. From 2004 to 2006 you worked at the diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan. From 2006 to 2009 she was the head of the US consulate in Pakistan, following the results of this trip, on behalf of the then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, she received the “For Heroism” award. On August 26, 2008, he was attempted to murder her.
Following the assassination attempt, he served as U.S. Deputy Ambassador to Turkmenistan and also served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Central Asia in the State Department’s South and Central Asian Affairs Office.
