US President Joe Biden, an avid driver, drove an electric pickup. He did so during an unscheduled visit to the plant, which will produce Ford’s new cars, world news agencies reported, quoted by Nova TV.
In principle, American presidents are not allowed to drive, but this applies to the public road network, and Biden drives on a training ground.
The president even made a small blunder, telling reporters that the pickup accelerated from zero to 100 km per hour in 4.4 seconds. This information had to be kept secret until the official presentation of the model today.
