US President Joe Biden has announced further arms deliveries to Ukraine.

The US provided Ukraine with “additional artillery ammunition, radars and other equipment,” Biden said on Friday. A high-ranking US government official put the value of this armaments package at $150 million.
Biden called on Parliament to quickly approve more arms shipments. “Congress must quickly provide the resources needed to strengthen Ukraine on the battlefield and at the negotiating table.” The funds approved so far are “almost exhausted”.
The US has already pledged more than $3 billion in military aid to Ukraine since Russia’s war of aggression began on February 24. Congressional approval is required for additional funds. Basically, there is bipartisan support for it in the US House. However, Biden had demanded the unprecedented sum of $33 billion.
