WASHINGTONFeb 22 – US President Joe Biden on Tuesday announced the first round of sanctions against Russia for what he said is the start of an invasion of Ukraine, promising harsher punishments ahead if Moscow continues its aggression.
The sanctions, among other things, target Russian banks and sovereign debt.
