Biden and Putin to discuss tension over Ukraine | Abroad

Biden will tell Putin that the United States is determined to act decisively against any “reckless or aggressive” actions by Russia, US Secretary of State Blinken said. The Americans will also defend Ukraine’s “territorial integrity”.

But Blinken also made it clear that during his contact with Putin, Biden will also express the US desire for more “predictability and stability” in ties with Russia.

According to the Kremlin, the video call could take place next week.
