In Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines (France) we are preparing to experience a new full immersion of great cycling, with several Italians ready to fight for the world title. First races at 2.30 pm, finals starting at 6.30 pm.
After the silver won in the team test, Filippo Ganna and Jonathan Milan will try to grab a new podium in the individual pursuit, whose qualifications will start at 3.23 pm after the men’s km where Italy fielded Matteo Bianchi and Davide Boscaro and the first test of the female Omnium.
In the Omnium, the blue expedition is betting everything on Elisa Balsamo, already gold in yesterday’s splendid team pursuit. The Piedmontese, bronze at the 2021 World Championships and gold at the 2020 Plovdiv European Championships, will be one of the women to beat in the multidisciplinary race, which will culminate at 21:01 with the points race.
