JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The lawyer for Bharada E or Bhayangkara Dua Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu, Deolipa Yumara, revealed some of his client’s comments regarding the shooting scenario of Brigadier J or Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat.
Bharada E told Deolipa that he received an order to fire from his superiors. He was threatened that if he didn’t shoot, he would be “executed”.
“If it’s just him (Bharada E), it just happened for a few minutes. In a vent, right? for justicebecause he also confided with me,” he said, quoted from Tribunnews, Wednesday (10/8/2022).
When doing these actions, Bharada E admitted that he was afraid and chose according to his superior’s orders.
“I’m a Brimob police officer, I carry out orders from my superiors, but I’m also afraid,” said Deolipa, telling the story of Bharada E.

Bharada E closed his eyes as he shot out. “That’s why he closed his eyes bang .. bang .. just like that,” continued Deolipa.
“The shooting was also carried out because Bharada E was threatened with execution if he didn’t shoot Brigadier J.”
Deolipa realized Bharada E’s position as Brimob troops. The member who gets the command of course does what the commander says.
