During the first half of the year 2023, the overall turnover of BH Assurance amounted to 91.3 million dinars, against 86.7 million as of June 30, 2022, i.e. a growth of 5%.
Non-life insurance posted a turnover of 55.4 million dinars, against 51.2 million dinars in 2022, i.e. a growth of 8%.
Life insurance posted a turnover of 35.8 million dinars, against 35.5 million in the first half of 2022, representing a growth rate of 1% compared to the same period of the previous year.
As for the premiums ceded, they almost stagnated at 23.4 million dinars, in correlation with the evolution of the turnover.
For its part, the claims charge totaled 50.3 million dinars, against 45.7 million as of June 30, 2022, i.e. an increase of 10%.
In addition, investment income reached 13 million dinars, against 9.2 million dinars in the same period of 2022.
