For years, the residents of Chernomorets have been calling for this bivouac to be dismantled and for regular inspections of violators to be carried out
The state has finally tried to deal with illegal camping on Vromos beach. where from early spring to late autumn dozens of cars can be spotted parked on the dunes and grove above Chernomorets.
Tourists usually they leave behind an unseen mess. For years, local residents have been calling for this problem to be solved, but the measures taken so far have been too soft and did not discipline the offenders in any way.
In April of by order of the then regional governor Stoyko Tankov, a commission was formed which carried out an on-site inspection. It was attended by representatives of the Regional Administration, RU Sozopol and the State Fund “Agriculture”.

On the spot, direct geodetic measurements were carried out, all vehicles were photographed, which, in the opinion of the examiners, fell either on the territory of the beach or in the dunes.
Each vehicle was photographed with a GPS point and measurements were made with a professional GNSS receiver. A number of offenders have been identified.
The owner of the Mercedes ML 320 jeep was issued a bill of BGN 1,000because he parked on dunes.
Dangerous rally on Vromos beach, cars stuck in the sand near children
So far, everything has gone like a textbook, until the file fell into the hands of police inspector K.G. from RU Sozopol.
He established the owner of the Mercedes, but did not follow the entire procedurewhich requires him to send him an invitation to draw up an act, on the basis of which the criminal decree for BGN 1,000, signed by the then head of the Sozopol RU, was subsequently issued.
“There is a significant violation of the procedure. As can be seen from the testimony of the person who drew up the act, he drew up the AUAN and handed it over to the owner of the car. Proceedings under the ZANN are of a criminal nature and contain detention forms for the participation of the person caught and brought to administrative and criminal liability. The imperative provision requires the presence of the violator when drawing up the AUAN”, writes the District Court of Burgas in its reasons and cancels the fine.
It is not clear how many persons were fined during this inspection and whether at least the procedure was followed for them, but it is a fact that the state is trying to bring order to “Vromos” for the first time in years.
The poor preparation and ignorance of the matter on the part of the police inspector from Sozopol (according to the decision of the District Court in Burgas, b.a.), however, failed the action.
