Katharina PaflikFraller, born in Piringsdorf in 1910, was “on duty” in Wiener Neustadt and had to flee to her home town during the Second World War. She moved to Oberpullendorf with her husband, the accidental death of her husband made her the single parent of their three daughters.
Monika Mayer-Höttingerher youngest daughter, reports on the life of a woman who was shaped by hard living conditions and who, despite everything, could look back on a long, fulfilling and, at times, happy life.
