6 months ago, Pas-de-Calais suffered the first of the major floods that would affect the region for several weeks. While residents are gradually recovering from these events, the people of the area want measures to be put in place to prevent further flooding.

What measures have been taken to support the population? Should some neighborhoods be destroyed? Should we take inspiration from the Dutch model? What role did insurance play after the floods?
