Beyonce’s world tour called “Renaissance World Tour” starts this Wednesdays, May 10, in the Friends Arena from Stockholm, Sweden. This being his first trip to different countries in seven years, tickets sold out in just minutes when they went on sale in February.
The platform in charge of selling tickets is Ticketmaster, which at the time collapsed due to the number of people who wanted to enter. Currently, you can only get tickets from $700.
According to the magazine Forbes, the singer could earn more than $2.4 billion from ticket sales alone, therefore, the income generated from the marketing of promotional items during the tour would have to be taken into account.
Beyoncé will also sing in Amsterdam, Paris, Marseille, London, Hamburg and other European cities, then in July she will return to the United States where she will perform in Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and her hometown of Houston. Ending this tour in September in New Orleans.
If the projections of Forbes they are correct, the artist would have the most lucrative world tour of the year, far exceeding the $600 million that, according to BillboardTaylor Swift will win for her current tour “Eras World Tour”.
