The 65th Grammy Awards took place in Los Angeles.
This time there was no clear favorite, and the awards were divided. Most of the “gramophones” were in the hands of 41-year-old Beyoncé – four. Now she has 32 Grammys, more than anyone. Not a bad advertisement for an upcoming world tour.
Harry Styles, Bonnie Raitt and Brandt Carlisle each won three awards.
Laureates in the main categories:
- Album of the Year – Harry’s House (Harry Styles)
- “Record of the Year” – About Damn Time (Lizzo)
- “Song of the Year” – Just Like That (Bonnie Raitt)
- “Best New Artist” – Samara Joy
- “Best Pop Performance” – Adele
- “Best Dance Album” – Renaissance (Beyoncé)
- “Best Rock Album” – Patient Number 9 (Ozzy Osbourne)
