SINGAPORE – Thailand’s National Team (Timnas) midfielder, Chanathip Songkrasin, remains vigilant in facing the Indonesian national team in the second leg of the final AFF Cup 2020. Consider Indonesian National team potentially making a comeback in the second leg, Chanathip Songkrasin asked his team to stay focused and give full concentration.
As is known, Thailand won a 4-0 victory over the Garuda Squad in the first leg of the AFF Cup final on Wednesday 29 December 2021. Of course, this is a good asset for Thailand to win the 2020 AFF Cup title.
However, Songkrasin said the match was still not over. He also acted cautiously in the face of the second leg match which will be held on Saturday 1 January 2022.
For Songkrasin, vigilance must be maintained because there are many teams, especially in the Champions League, who lose in the first leg can turn things around in the second leg. Of course, Chanathip Songkrasin did not want that to be experienced by Thailand.

“I don’t think it’s finished yet. We have seen the best teams in the world in the Champions League lose one game after winning 4-0,” Songkrasin said as quoted by ESPN, Friday (12/31/2021).
