Al-Marsad Newspaper: Australian clinical nutritionist Olivia Hedlund warned against drinking coffee on an empty stomach.

Hedlund explained, through his “Tik Tok” tale, that this drink on an empty stomach pushes the body into a high-pressure mode.

And the nutrition expert advised, the need to eat something small before drinking coffee, saying: make this your goal and I promise you will notice the difference if you suffer from hormonal imbalances or even bowel problems.
