Geoxturkey.com, a seller operating on Alibaba, is anything but trustworthy and honest. My experience with this brand left me disappointed and frustrated from start to finish. I decided to buy two pairs of shoes and a jacket from Geox Turkey, a seemingly reputable website. The bill was 2,600 TL, but 3,140 TL was debited from my account. That was just the beginning of the problems. After an agonizing 16 days, I received a tiny package that said “sunglasses” on it and it was nowhere near what I expected. The content had nothing to do with the products I ordered. I tried to return the package but my money was never refunded to my account. It is important to emphasize that it does not only affect Geoxturkey.com. Online shopping on websites affiliated with Alibaba and China requires extreme caution. Unfortunately, I purchased without prior research, which turned out to be a serious mistake. I hope that the Turkish police seriously consider this issue and take measures to protect consumers like me from such scams. Our financial security and trust in online trading should not be jeopardized.
