Culiacán, Sin.- The Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco), calls to avoid “immediate problems” at the time of request and loan in cash.
“Before carrying out any procedure with a management company, find out how they operate and do not be a victim of fraud,” the agency tweeted.
Profeco warns that ‘cheating companies’ can be identified:
- If the information about the service they offer is not clear or precise.
- They do ask for minimum requirements and offer attractive sums of money to lend.
- If they undertake to perform administration and paperwork services.
- If they force the payment of commissions and fees for research services, but they never deliver the loan.
- If in their advertising they assure that it is not necessary to comply with a guarantee or prove income.
- If they do not check the credit history.
- If they guarantee the delivery of loans immediately.
- They are advertised through print media or flyers, with the argument of ‘immediate solutions’.
Before making the decision to ‘get stuck’, it is advisable to first review what options exist and avoid so-called immediate loans.
