Beware of Fake Hajj Advertisements: Saudi Public Security Department Issues Warning

Makkah – The Saudi public security department has warned to be cautious against fake Hajj advertisements. Currently, those inside Saudi Arabia are only allowed to perform Haj through the Ministry of Haj and Umrah’s website, or through the Nusk app.

Only citizens and expatriates who are registered in either of the two can participate in Hajj from Saudi Arabia.

Advertisements are circulating with the aim of deceiving those who want to perform Hajj. Security authorities are monitoring such advertisements. The Saudi Public Security Department has warned that it will take punitive measures including fines prescribed by law against those who give such advertisements and those responsible for them.
