“Hello. Be very careful who you rent an apartment to. These two are the biggest scumbags in the world, and also thieves. They lived for three years in a rented block in the Trakia area of Plovdiv.
The apartment was given to them in excellent condition after renovation, and today I found it in stunning shape. My tenants have moved out without paying their electricity and water bills, which are 200 BGN.
In addition, there is missing property, major property damage such as a broken window, chipped cornice, mold, unrecognizable toilet and bathroom, and more. The first part of the attached photo gallery shows how the apartment looks today, and the second shows how it looked three years ago.
I’m shocked! Keep one thing in mind. The authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been notified, I have hired a lawyer, expect an interesting continuation! I have a lease, I’m going to chase them down, they won’t get away with it!”.
