Beware of Coin Club: Suspicious Offers and Lack of Transparency

Ilze’s mother received a call from a company offering to buy a coin dedicated to the Song and Dance Festival for 41 euros. Since Ilze and her husband collect jubilee coins, mom offered the coin to her daughter. Ilze, driven by suspicion, casts her eyes into the depths of the Internet, but she does not find the tempting offer anywhere. Find a holiday medal only offered by the Mint, which anyone can buy for free, only covering the cost of delivery. Callers – Coin Club – unable to show any photos of the promised coin. It is clear to Ilze that something is not clean.

The “Bez Tabu” team also calls the Coin Club – the company that promised the coin to Ilze’s mother – and we get confirmation of what Ilze said – there is no physical proof (photo) of the existence of the coin. Next, the information is transferred to the sales department, who will contact me personally and send a photo, as well as a price, which the representatives of the customer service center cannot name. However, I do not receive any news from the Coin Club anymore. I do not receive a reply letter, nor an official comment from a company representative. And probably logically so.
