Usually many people think that coffee has the ability to boost energy, however, according to some research, coffee can pose some risks, and there are some people who are prevented from consuming it.

Bone fractures
Some studies have found that women who drink a lot of coffee may have a higher risk of bone fractures.
On the other hand, men who drink more coffee seem to have a slightly lower risk.
Pregnancy
Researchers have shown that consuming coffee may not be safe during pregnancy, and there is some evidence to suggest a link between higher coffee consumption, pregnancy loss, low birth weight and preterm labor.
Endometrial
There may be a higher risk of developing endometriosis among women who drink coffee, but there is insufficient evidence to confirm this association.
Gastroesophageal reflux
People who drink a lot of coffee may be more likely to develop this condition.
Anxiety
Consuming high amounts of caffeine may increase the risk of anxiety, especially among people with panic disorder or social anxiety disorder. Less commonly, it might lead to mania and psychosis in susceptible people.
Psychological health
One study from 2016 found that consuming high amounts of caffeine during adolescence can lead to permanent changes in the brain.
The scientists conducting the study expressed concern that this might increase the risk of anxiety-related conditions in adulthood.
Presence of toxic components
In 2015, researchers found relatively high levels of mycotoxins in commercial coffee. Mycotoxins are toxic substances that can contaminate coffee as a natural product.
Some people fry because acrylamide, another chemical found in coffee, could be dangerous.
