The teaser of ‘Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F.’ immediately starts with the well-known tune from the films. Axel is back in Beverly Hills and has “made a lot of people angry” again. After the life of his daughter Jane (Taylour Paige) is threatened, Axel decides to turn up the pressure and uncover a conspiracy. He does this not only with Jane and old confidantes Rosewood and Taggart, but also with newcomer detective Bobby Abbott (Joseph Gordon-Levitt). Paul Reiser and Bronson Pinchot also return as Jeffrey Friedman and Serge.
The film once again seems to have the desired ingredients of an action film with explosions, car chases, guns and the associated luxury of Californian Beverly Hills. It is expected that ‘Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F.’ will be released on Netflix in the summer of 2024.
