“Between the Holy and the Holy” singing in Acre at the end of the month

The ‘Bein Kodesh LeHul’ choir that will take place between June 25-28, 2023 will mark the 70th anniversary of its founding and the 75th anniversary of the state, with the participation of hundreds of singers, dozens of choirs and leading conductors from abroad, performances, workshops and meetings in the Knights’ Halls in Acre and the new Cultural Hall.

For four days and nights, Acre will celebrate Israeli and international vocal music, with the help of the “Harp and Nightingale” association, the Municipality of Acre and the municipal Ministry of Culture. Musical director: Mordechai Shelf

The choir will open with a celebratory concert of the works of Haim Fremont and Moshe Zorman with the participation of the Union Choir Conductor: Ronen Burshavsky, Odiana Choir Conductor: Anat Aharoni, Neve Shir Choir Conductor: Anat Dor, and guest: Quinte Hachi, Carmina Burana with the participation of the Upper Galilee Choir and Nona Choirs. The singer will also host the Golden Gate Quartet, a gospel celebration with the American legend who will come to Israel for two performances only.
