with reading of poetry own began the acoustic concert of Ingrid Pebble on the stage of “this thursday it’s time”, where the singer-songwriter, guitar in hand, conquered the audience while performing pieces like “Asperjar”, from her first album “Nódulo de mineras”.
He also performed the pieces “Tragos cíclicos” and “Círculo vicioso” (unpublished); “Huafango”, “And Ghosts” and “Counter-Legend”, from his most recent production “Architecture of Time”. In her musical and poetic dialogue, Ingrid talked with the audience about her beginnings in composition, using poetry as an instrument for music.
“Turn your skin green, so we won’t be so distant. Over the years it becomes the law of our skins to be mutants. Passers-by, absent-minded, deafened, accustomed, a castle of vanities built on flattery. We don’t know so much… it’s well said: we see a mask, we don’t know a heart”, says one of her lyrics.
Between applause, laughter and moving moments, the intimacy of this acoustic concert left deep reflections on the way home.
