The sixx telenovela is still not pulling up any trees.
The American telenovela «Betty in New York», which was implemented in the motherland primarily for the Hispanics, has received a new slot on the women’s channel sixx. As of this week, it no longer runs at 6:20 p.m., but from just before 3 p.m. The reason: the night before, she got disappointing ratings. Due to the relocation, the range has recently collapsed by around half. On Wednesday afternoon, production was still around 30,000 viewers aged three and over; in the classic target group, 0.7 percent was clearly in the red.
So the quota roller coaster continues: on Monday they started the new slot with 0.3 percent, on Tuesday 1.5 percent watched. The deviations are not so wild, however, because the target group ranges only changed insignificantly. Around 10,000 people watched on Mondays and Wednesdays, and around 30,000 on Tuesday.
From 8.15 p.m. sixx showed on Wednesday «That’s how Germany loves», which performed reasonably well with a 1.2 percent market share. The Paula Lambert format secured 0.23 million viewers in the overall market.
