Since the establishment of this partnership, the company’s passengers already had the possibility of benefiting from guarantees in the event of unforeseen events such as cancellation insurance, interruption of stay, repatriation assistance or coverage of luggage in the event of theft, loss or damage. The two companies, however, agreed to do sofurther enrich the two insurance formulas to respond to the current or potential health context.
Both insurance offers now include Covid-19 coveragewhich allows in particular to cancel the trip in the event of contraction of the Covid-19 before departure:
- L’cancellation insurance allows pre-departure coverage until check-in
- L’multi-risk insurance covers the customer from start to finish: before his departure, during his stay and until his return. As part of this insurance, medical teleconsultation is now offered which allows you to contact a French doctor 24/7 and payment of the costs of extending your stay. Medical expenses are covered up to €150,000.
In both formulas the duration of the insurance must be less than or equal to 90 consecutive days.
