A total of 75 officers Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) rejected the reconstruction of 24 officers who still have a chance to be state civil apparatus (ASN).
KPK Anti-Corruption Campaign and Socialization Director, Giri Suprapdiono, called the re-guidance of 24 KPK employees as a form of harassment. He admits that it is better to be fired than to have to be rebuilt.
“This is harassment for us. It is better for us to be fired. Instead of having to be coached again,” said Giri at the Mata Najwa event at Trans7, Wednesday (26/5) night.
The head of the KPK’s Investigative Task Force, Harun al-Rasyid, also expressed his refusal to be fostered. According to Harun, 75 employees who failed the TWK agreed to reject the re-guidance after the decision of the KPK leadership meeting and a number of institutions, last Tuesday (25/5).
Harun confirmed that the re-development plan will be rejected unless 75 employees in total switch automatically to ASN.
“We have agreed with 75, that we refuse to be coached. So, even though there are 24 who will be separated from 75 we also don’t want to, unless 75 are automatically transferred,” he said.

Harun said the decision to pass 24 out of 75 employees so that they could be coached was nothing more than a ploy as if the KPK leadership had followed President Joko Widodo’s directions. In fact, he said, the decision was an insubordination against Jokowi.

The results of the coordination meeting of the KPK, the State Civil Service Agency (BKN), Kemenpan-RB, and a number of related institutions decided that 24 out of 75 anti-graft agency employees who did not pass TWK could be re-fostered through state defense training and national insight.
Meanwhile, the remaining 51 employees were no longer able to join the KPK because they received red marks in TWK and changed their status to ASN. They are considered unable to be cultivated to become servants of the state.
