Better Age & Life Foundation Campaign

The Age & Life Foundation has launched aBell in which it offers guidelines addressed to the collective of old people to help them improve your physical and emotional well-being, and contribute to their adaptation to new normal.

Furthermore, taking into account that this campaign is launched in the summer season, with a notable increase in temperatures, the recommendations emphasize the need to maintain a adequate hydration, something especially important in older people, since as age advances, the sensation of thirst decreases.

Thus, the Age & Life Foundation remembers that the male population must consume 2.5 liters of water daily, amount that for women stands at 2 liters, of which approximately 20% must come from food and 80% from water and other beverages.

In addition to water, other beverages such as functional beverages, infusions, broths, juices and nectars, dairy drinks or any other beverage that contributes water can also contribute to daily hydration, and it is recommended that all be low in calories or without sugars.

As part of the campaign, more than 19,000 liters of Aquarius and Aquarius Zero Sugar (in their Original and Orange versions) and Nestea al Limón and Nestea al Limón will be distributed without sugars in the residences.

On the other hand, the need for physical exercise is remembered, adapting the pace of this activity to the physical form of each person, as well as the need to hydrate before, during and after physical exercise.
