The first-person adventure game “Betrayer” (Betrayer), which was released on Steam in 2014, is now on the GOG platform after being taken off the shelves two years ago and is available for free download. “Betrayer” is a first-person action game with horror elements launched by the Blackpowder Games team. The background is set in a colony in Virginia, USA in 1604. The player plays a survivor and finds that the residents of this generation have disappeared for no reason , and the soldiers here are attacking you like crazy.
The overall gameplay of “Betrayer” is very similar to “The Elder Scrolls 5” that players are familiar with, and the color of the game particularly emphasizes red, forming a unique and strange atmosphere against the plain background.
“Betrayer” has received most of the positive results on Steam, but it will stop updating from Steam and be taken off the shelves in 2021. Most of the Blackpowder Games team members are members of the Monolith team, which is the development team of the masterpiece “FEAR”.
