Bethesda representatives are more and more bold about the issue of exclusivity and creating titles for Xbox and PC. This week, “PlayStation abandonment” was commented by Todd Howard, who confirmed it was thanks to the indicated decision the productions will be betterand now Pete Hines, vice president of global marketing and communications at Bethesda, has given his opinion.
The topic of exclusivity for Xbox and PC was included during an interview with the GameSpot editors – Pete Hines emphasized that he understood the frustration of the community:
“If you are a big fan of the things we do in the industry, our games, which are no longer available on your platform, I totally understand, if you are dissatisfied, pissed off or whatever, I get it, it’s all real feelings and frustrations.”
A Bethesda employee noted that he is also a PlayStation 5 player, but Starfield will be available exclusively on other platforms. If you want to check the title set in space, you need to choose a different equipment:
“I don’t know how to dispel the fears and concerns of PlayStation 5 fans other than saying: Well, I’m a PlayStation 5 gamer too, and I’ve played productions on this console, and there are titles I’m going to continue playing on it, but if you want to play Starfield , [to musicie wybrać – przyp. red.] PC and Xbox “.
Hines apologized, stressing at the same time that he could not change anything on this topic:
