Bethesda Softworks Releases Major Patch for Starfield with Over 100 Fixes and NPC Improvements

Bethesda Softworks has released a beta version of a major patch for Starfield. With it, more than a hundred fixes and improvements appeared in the game, from critical to cosmetic. The information appeared on Steam.

One of the fixes affected non-player characters that can be met as you progress. Even at the release of Starfield, players noted that most of the automatically generated NPCs looked scary or ridiculous. Now Bethesda has improved the textures of the skin and eyes, as well as the facial expressions of the characters in the environment. Some gamers noted that this made NPCs more beautiful, but many still look unnatural.

In addition to NPC improvements, Bethesda has fixed many bugs that interfered with the passage or “broke” the character. The studio also worked on support for widescreen monitors and lighting.
