A grotesque three-week trial in Texas in the United States made headlines across the country. On the dock was Taylor Parker, 29.
She was accused of stabbing Reagan Michelle Simmons Hancock (21) in full pregnancy more than 100 timesbefore hitting her in the head with a hammer.
He then cut the fetus from the 21-year-old’s stomach with a scalpel.
The incident took place at Hancock’s home in New Boston on October 9, 2020, as his three-year-old daughter was hiding in her bedroom.
Sentence of death
In early October, Parker was found guilty of killing Hancock and her unborn child, after more than 60 witnesses provided heartbreaking and highly graphic descriptions.

– If you ask me, he deserves death. Same thing he did to my niece and baby. That’s my opinion, Hancock’s aunt Jamie Mason told the local channel KSLA.
The sentence was handed down on Wednesday 9 November. Taylor Parker was sentenced to death.
According to the local Texas TV station, KTAL-TVthe jury took about 90 minutes to deliver the verdict.
Parker will be transported to death row at the Mountain View High Security Correctional Unit in Gatesville, Texas.
False pregnancy
For over nine months, Parker has been tricking her partner into believing she is pregnant. According to witnesses, she was effectively sterile.
It is said that she committed the bestial deed to keep her lover unsuspecting.
– She was obsessed with her boyfriend, but you could see she didn’t feel the same way. When she was with him, she lit up the whole room. The baby died
District Attorney Kelley Crisp explained that Parker used a fake tummy, fake ultrasound images, set up baby showers, and called the “baby” in her tummy Clancy Gail. All this while he was trying to find a possible victim.
After the murder, Parker put the baby on his lap and walked away from the scene. When she was later stopped by a patrol car, the 29-year-old performed CPR on the baby and she said she had just given birth on the side of the road.
– I could never put myself in this situation
Both Parker and the little boy were rushed to the hospital. After a checkup, the doctors determined that Parker had absolutely not delivered a baby.
The girl was pronounced dead.
The 29-year-old woman denied any guilt.
Buried together
At the funeral home memory page says this about the murder victims:
“Reagan Michelle Simmons Hancock, 21, of New Boston, Texas, along with her precious daughter, Braxlynn Sage Hancock, left this land on October 9, 2020 in the family home. Reagan was born on November 14, 1998 in Hope, Arkansas.“
Furthermore, it is written that Hancock was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. At the same time, it was reported that the little girl was named Braxlynn Sage.
“She was beautiful and Kynlee’s precious little sister. She is survived by a number of relatives. “
Mother and daughter were buried together on October 17, eight days after the murder.
