Black and whites have reached an agreement with the Brazilian player, with whom they have been in talks for the last 2 months.
Beşiktaş will not pay a free transfer fee for the 31-year-old player.
Black and white players, who will sign a 3-year contract with Teixeria, will pay 3 million Euros per year to Brazilian number 10, with additional bonuses depending on success.
Teixeria, which will come to Istanbul from Brazil in a week, will sign the official signature after the quarantine period and health check.
Teixeria, who started his career in Vasco de Gama, transferred to Ukraine’s Shakhtar Donetsk team in 2010.
