DURING covid-19 pandemic, oxygen saturation become one of the important benchmarks to ensure the patient is in good health. By measuring the oxygen saturation level, Covid-19 patients can be treated as soon as possible.
As is known, respiratory problems are one of the most common symptoms experienced by COVID-19 patients. If someone has breathing problems, it is usually recommended to do the technique proning to help the performance of the lungs.

However, to re-stimulate the performance of the lungs, it can not only be done with the proning technique. There are still several ways that can be done to increase oxygen saturation.
Summarized from the upload to the Covid-19 Task Force’s Instagram account for Behavior Change @satgaschangebehavior, Sunday (15/8/2021), here’s how.
