For 20 years, entrepreneurship has been rewarded with the Talents des Cités awards. Former winners joined the local awards ceremony in Besançon at the start of July to encourage the initiative but also all the competitors.
The members of the jury had a hard time deciding between the challengers of the two categories entered in the 2021 competition: creation and emergence.
The regional winners will then be able to participate in the national grand final, whose jury deliberates this summer before the prize-giving ceremony scheduled for October in Paris.

About thirty files
Hinda Mehri, BGE Franche-Comté advisor, is however delighted with the commitment and work carried out by all the candidates. “We had around thirty files to submit to the jury. Eight creators or future entrepreneurs have caught the attention of professionals, funders and even former winners. Two realities this year: a little more women want to start a business and the support of cases concerned people under 40 years of age. All come from a priority neighborhood or have a business creation project in these same neighborhoods. “
Since 2002, Talents des Cités has seen thousands of companies set up without forgetting the hundreds of jobs on offer.
And, for the past 20 years, Besançon can be proud of its creators in Bisont, many of them have won the national title.
