Bernardo silva indeed on the way to the exit Manchester City. The Portuguese midfielder is reportedly now close to AC Milan.
Bernardo has had four successful seasons with the Citizens. The 27-year-old footballer has made more than 200 appearances, contributing 35 goals and 44 assists in all competitions and winning three Premier Leagues and one FA Cup.
But the arrival of Jack Grealish this summer made the competition in the City midfield even tighter. Bernardo was even offered to ‘swap’ Harry Kane to move to Tottenham Hotspur but refused.
“He is our player. Not only Bernardo, there are two, three, four players who want to leave,” said City manager Pep Guardiola recently.
“But they are still under contract with us and when they bring in some offers and their agent comes here and they want to leave, we are willing to open talks.”
At first, Bernardo silva reportedly prefers to graze in Spain to be closer to his family. Barcelona and Atlético Madrid are the last two clubs to be mentioned. However, according to an exclusive report Daily Star, Bernardo Silva is now heading to Milan.
The Rossoneri are claimed to be eyeing Bernardo Silva in a deal that reaches 45 million pounds sterling. The plan, Milan want to borrow the former AS Monaco and Benfica player for two seasons worth 15 million pounds, then make a permanent purchase worth 30 million pounds.
Meanwhile, journalist Ekrem Konur reported that Bernardo Silva had even entered into a personal agreement with Milan. Talks about finances in relation to agreements between AC Milan and City is still going on. Transfer agreement Bernardo silva is believed to be achievable.
