Lifted contact restrictions and relaxed mask requirement: Numerous changes to the Corona rules will come into force on Saturday. These reliefs come to the people in Berlin.

At the end of June, the Berlin Senate decided to change the corona measures. From Saturday (July 3rd) the following relaxations will apply:
The Outdoor contact restrictions become canceled. The following still applies in closed rooms: a maximum of ten people from five households. In addition, the Documentation obligation of those present canceled.

Also Outdoor events can now take place more easily. From July 3rd are 2,000 participants allowed, in closed rooms a maximum of 500. Private events can with up to 100 guests be performed.
To Cinema or theater events in closed rooms, however up to 1,000 visitors come, provided the event rooms are mechanically ventilated. The general Compulsory test for outdoor events – including sporting events – only applies to more than 500 participants.
There is also further relaxation in the area of the Mask requirement. Visitors to Fitness or dance studios from Saturday only wear a medical face mask. The same applies to educational institutions such as adult education centers, driving schools or art schools for young people.
Im retail trade however, a FFP2-Mask be worn.
Also from Saturday Universities again for the Public traffic to open.
