Berklee Valencia participates with its ‘Global Music Night’ in the concerts of the Bancaja Foundation

Bancaja Foundation has organized the concert for this Friday at 20:00 Berklee Global Music Nighta new performance of the Concerts a la Fundació cycle, which celebrates its fifth edition with the collaboration of Pavasal and will offer various performances of flamenco, pop, classical and contemporary music until next February.

An international cast of students from the Berklee a Valenzano will present a musical evening on stage in which, starting from their different origins and musical styles, they meet in a “single concert”, the organization indicated in a statement, in which it reported that the presale of tickets will start this Tuesday from 17:00 at the box office.

The Band ensembleled by Lithuanian singer and teacher Viktorija Pilatovic, she will perform a repertoire of original songs including jazz, indie-pop or arthouse music.

The band is made up of vocalists Akshay Baheti, Cecilia Barra Caracciolo and Ananya Sharma; Robed Fenelus on percussion; Felipe Ribeiro on keyboard and synthesizer; guitarist Kar Hei Kurtis Li; and pianist Aidan Witvoet, all students of the Masters in Contemporary Performance (Production Concentration) at Berklee Valencia.

Coming from the United States, Hong Kong, India, Italy or Brazil, all the members of the band contribute with their experience and talent to the composition of the songs that make up this concert.

Concerts at the Foundation

The cycle Concerts at the Foundation It opened on October 28 with the performance of the Valencian group En Clave de Clot. After this next concert by the Berklee musicians, the Bancaja Foundation will be visited by the pop-rock group La Cámara Roja (25 November), by the young musicians Fernando Pascual and Francesc Gamón, together with the Eutherpe Foundation with the recital ‘Joyas of the musical baroque’ (2 December), soprano Carmen Avivar and tenor Eduardo Sandoval (13 January), a new group of musicians from Berklee (27 January) and flamenco singer Soleá Morente, who will close the cycle on 10 February.
