Berja CF yesterday offered their fans a great victory against Celtic Pulianas at the Municipal Salva Sevilla de Berja, in a game that was practically perfect for the aurinegros.
Rober Gutiérrez’s team dominated the match at all times and before the first quarter of an hour of the game the Aurinegro team could have been ahead on the scoreboard with a penalty that Cato threw, but that he failed to transform.
Despite this, the Virgitano team continued to develop good football, focused and not granting opportunities to the rival. Thus and despite local chances, the game went to rest with a zero draw.
In the second half, the Virgitanos were more fortunate with the chances, despite the fact that Cato’s ball crashed into the post first.
Thus, Diego Llorente overtook Berja CF with a goal after play made by the wing, which ended with a cross into the area, which Llorente did not miss.
A few minutes later, it was Flavio, who had come off the bench for refreshment, who made it 2-0 on a counterattack, a result that would lead to the end of the clash.

Aurinegro coach Rober Gutiérrez was very happy after the game and highlighted the “personality and courage of the players in this squad that I think will give us a lot of joy”.
