From Friday and until next Monday, via Madonna della Neve will be closed to traffic. The demolition works of the former Italcementi headquarters in the city are getting underway, where “Il Camozzi” will be built between 2024 and 2026, a new residential complex designed by the Lombardini22 studio and built by Ferretticasa Spa.
The demolition company Despe Spa demolished most of the buildings in the center of the subdivision in just over a month, so much so that the clearing on which the new district will be built is clearly visible from via Camozzi. From tomorrow we move on to one of the most spectacular operations, the one in which the buildings facing via Madonna della Neve will be razed to the ground. The limited space available to the mechanical means involved made it advisable to close the road for safety, in order to complete the demolition and the simultaneous removal of debris in a few days.
