The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) today also approved the resignation of Faisal Saif as President Director and Martin Artur Guest as Director taking into account the sustainability of the company’s planned activities.

The shareholders agreed to appoint William Lumentut as President Director and Thomas Christian as Director of the Company.

Dinar explained that 2022 is still a year full of challenges for the tobacco industry apart from the increase in excise tariffs and the Retail Selling Price (HJE), the lack of predictability of regulations, the increase in illegal cigarette trade and the lack of incentives to encourage investment which has put great pressure on the tobacco industry. overall.
