On the LCI 24-hour news channel, Benjamin Griveaux’s lawyer, Richard Malka, said that the complaint had been filed against X. “This complaint will cover the whole range of offenses which have been carried out by the author of the initial broadcast and by those who resumed these broadcasts”, added the lawyer.
Russian protest artist Piotr Pavlenski, which burned down the facade of a branch of the Banque de France in 2017, said on Friday that it was the source of a video online, saying it wanted to denounce the“Hypocrisy” of the former LRM candidate. Piotr Pavlenski was arrested and placed in police custody on Saturday in another investigation into violence committed on the evening of December 31. He is implicated for having participated that night in a brawl in a Parisian apartment. According to a participant in the AFP, an argument broke out between several people and the controversial Russian artist seized a knife in the kitchen. Two of the guests were injured with this knife, reported Mediapart, who had revealed the existence of this investigation.
