Benha Preparatory Teacher Imprisoned for Child Molestation Caught on Surveillance Cameras in Qalyubia

The Benha Criminal Court in Qalyubia Governorate, headed by Counselor Khaled El Shabasi, ordered the continuation of the imprisonment of a preparatory teacher for 45 days, with absolute imprisonment, pending felony No.

The case papers were returned when the Director of Qalyubia Security received a notification from the warden of the Khanka Police Station stating that a communication had been received from the father of the victim child, called “KM”, 10 years old, stating that a preparatory teacher had molested his son inside the apartment where the child and his family live, taking advantage of the absence of anyone in the house and his departure To work and the mother of the child in the market to bring home requirements.

Investigations of the case revealed that the accused teacher molested the child twice, the first time in the teacher’s house and the second time in the child’s family’s house, where the child’s father watched the incident through surveillance cameras that the father installed in his apartment, and he noticed that the teacher committed the incident in the absence of anyone in the apartment.

So the father hurried to return home, and when he entered the apartment, the teacher had put on his clothes, so he grabbed him and informed the security services, who came and arrested the teacher, called “M.R”, and they recorded hard surveillance cameras.

Confronting him, he confessed to committing the incident, and by referring him to the Public Prosecution, it ordered him to be imprisoned and brought to trial, so the court issued its previous decision.
