Bengaluru – Janata Dal Karnataka State President CM Ibrahim has made public his displeasure over the fact that no opinion was sought before the formation of the JDS-NDA alliance. CM Ibrahim alleged that the party did not consult with him before joining the BJP.
“In my view, the JDS-NDA alliance is unsustainable. The fact that the meeting was held in Delhi does not mean that an alliance has been formed. After the meeting in Delhi, JDS leader KA Thippeswamy called me to give information. “I will use my power as the state president,” Ibrahim said.
After joining the alliance with BJP, many leaders left the party. It is reported that the JDS will hold a meeting on October 16 under the chairmanship of CM Ibrahim to discuss the next steps. The JDS joined the NDA on September 22 after Kumaraswamy met Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
