Benfica head coach Roger Schmit told the Portuguese edition of A Bola about how he is going to integrate into the newcomers (including Ukrainian goalkeeper Anatoly Trubin):
“They only had a training session and a half with the team, which is not much. I have to decide if that’s enough for them to be called up tomorrow. I’ll talk to them and make a decision, but my experience tells me that they usually need some time to connect with other players and understand our style of play I will not put them in a situation where they can feel too much pressure I want them to have a good debut in the future we expect them to play an important role and we are happy that they are here.
