Benfica midfielder has no space with Roger Schmidt and will play in Scotland on loan
Paulo Bernardo was featured as a Celtic player in the under-21 National Team’s squad document for the qualifying games for the European Championship, with Andorra and Belarus.
The deal has not yet been made official, but, as we have reported, the Benfica midfielder will be a player for the Scots on loan for one season. Without space with Roger Schmidt, Paulo Bernardo was training with the B team. He was still in training in England with the main team, but was cut before the Torneio Algarve.
