This Saturday, Benfica won the 15th Mário Saldanha Super Cup, defeating Imortal 93-75, in a game held at the Multiusos pavilion in Odivelas.
The red team, two-time national champions and winners of the Portuguese Cup, arrived at half-time already ahead (52-36) and thus secured the first trophy of the basketball season.
Benfica leads the Supertaça record, now with 15 titles, followed by Ovarense with eight, and FC Porto, with seven.
