Days Gone creator Bend Studio unveiled its new logo on Tuesday. In this connection, the developer also revealed the first details about his next game, which draws inspiration from the aforementioned motorcycle zombie game.

Via the official PlayStation blog told Bends’ Kevin McAllister that the team has once again gone for open world affair. The team brings elements from Days Gone, and also introduces multiplayer elements to the experience.
– We are working on a new game series that includes multiplayer and which builds on the open world systems from Days Gone, but which introduces a whole new world that we are very excited to create for you, McAllister said.
Days Gone was first launched in 2019, and was generally well received, although many reviewers did not think the game excelled in any way. Despite strong sales figures, the publisher chose Sony allegedly to say no to a sequelwhich according to game director Jeff Ross should have introduced swimming and a more vibrant world.
Whether any of these things will be included in Bend’s next project remains to be seen. The developer did not want to go into further details yet, but promised to reveal things “when the time comes”.
