General Ben Hodges, former commander of the NATO Joint Command in 2012-2014, believes that the Kremlin is considering the scenario of surrender in the war against Ukraine. The American soldier made such an assumption on his Twitter page after the statement of the Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov during the broadcast of Vladimir Solovyov’s propaganda show.

The phrase that “Russia is not considering the option of capitulation in Ukraine,” Hodges commented as follows:
